I would like to greet all the best grandmas and grandpas all over the world.. Especially to my lolo and lola, mom and my late father who is also a grandparent of 4 wonderful grandsons and 1 granddaughter (Unfortunately, we haven’t seen her for some time now we miss you Francine! Wherever you are, we always love you! We really hope and pray one day your father will realize that we are your family too…).

On behalf of my sis Lottie and kids, we want to thank you Mom for all the help and love you provide us, we want to recognize the efforts and how important you are to our family. You’re the best mom and grandma ever! We love you so much!

I was doing my rounds earlier and saw this post from iamkcat.blogspot.com. Like her, I’d like to re-post this to help “tatay” on my own simple way to find his family.

“He was found at the Barangay Alabang Plaza grounds just sitting under a tree about two weeks ago. He couldn’t talk, maybe caused by the stroke that he suffered before. His right hand is also immobile and he can barely move his right leg. My sister, who is a barangay kagawad, took pity on him and brought him to the OSCA center, but he was rejected there. My sister then asked the help of the local DSWD, who then brought him to the hospital to be checked up. The doctors are recommending him for a CT scan because of a possible blood clot in the brain that is causing his his high blood pressure, but the people from the DSWD said that they don’t have enough funds for that. He is now temporarily staying in our house.

Well, today I woke up with a smile.. I’m in a good mood.. I want to start my day being happy.. Cause I believe, happiness comes from within. It is the way you choose how to react, to what life offers you is what dictates your happiness. Happiness is a blessing of God, a secret gift which is in the hands of every human being. You may have the riches in the world, but still unhappy because the want of getting more which leads you to failures. We should be thankful to God for all the blessings He has given us.

I may not have the luxury in life but I AM HAPPY… LUCKY AND BLESSED!

I must say that I am lucky and blessed because I am surrounded by wonderful FRIENDS (real friends! not fake!) and FAMILY (not only when they want or need something from me) who love me and are very supportive. I have two beautiful, healthy boys. Also for having SOMEONE who is very thoughtful, loving, supportive and perfect for me.

One can’t be truly happy in a relationship unless you are happy with yourselves.

Being alone has it’s rewards I suppose, but finding the right person to share your life with, can be an amazing adventure of the heart.

I’m really kind of sad today, but I don’t know how to put what I feel into words…. Everything is ok and was happy talking to my sweetiepie.. Seem to be going good, then suddenly it all changed because I remember my popsie (that’s how I call my Father, whom we sadly lost in May 6, 20008).. I really miss him so much.. When he was still alive, I have had many happy moments in my life with my father, we treated each other like friends. We used to go on malling.. shopping.. watching movies.. and swimming at the beach with family and friends. I remembered our last swimming (2003) in Batangas City, mom left home, she didn’t come with us coz they’re not in good terms.. it was the very last outing with my pops coz after that something happened between us, the night after the outing we had a huge fight because of some reason that I don’t want to discuss it anymore.. Which I started hating my father and that was the reason why my parents parted ways. But in spite of everything, I still believe that my father is really good at heart, so I decided to contact my father coz he was in the province and we reconciled last Jan. 2007 when my fiancé and I went to province for vacation…

Today is my bro’s 19th bday.. He is the youngest among the siblings. I love him so dearly coz when he was a baby I was the one who baby sit him coz mom was busy working. I just hope and pray that he’ll be going back to normal again. In 2005 of January he was beaten by one of our bastard neighbor for no reason.. After that incident he started acting weird.. see crazy things.. and turns out he is having emotional depression. It pained me greatly that I wasn’t at home when the incident happened. It was the worst time for all of us in the family.
