Finally, I got my full refund from the eBay seller today regarding the item I bought for mom Kathleen w/c I published on my previous post. Instead of thanking them, I’ve just reported them to eBay management. Because for me, this seller should learn their lesson and this wrong doings should stop!

eBay management replied to me immediately they said they will investigate this issue before appropriate action can be taken.

What a bloody lousy service! I was on eBay 3 weeks ago and bought a birthday gift for mom Kathleen. I bid on a wrist watch and won the item and paid it right away! After a few days the seller emailed me that I need to pick similar item on their list because the previous item was damaged. So anyway, I did and sent a reply to confirmed the shipping address. After the last email, I never heard from them anymore. I asked my fiance if mom got the package already cause I thought it will just take a week or two since the item location is within UK only.

So, I decided to follow-up my order 4 days ago. Again, they replied and guess what? They’re asking me to pick another similar item again!!!! They’re telling me that the replacement item from the 1st item was sold out already!!! This means that they did not dispatch the replacement item and they don’t even inform me about this 3 weeks ago???? GRRR! They are so annoying! Unresponsive! Unprofessional! Poor service!

This is not my 1st time to bid and bought something on eBay… I never encountered such bloody thing like this before.. They are the worst seller ever on ebay!

I was totally mad about this, so I emailed them this morning and threatened them to respond and ship the items within 24 hours or else I will ask full refund and report them to eBay management! Am I too bad or too good?? We’ll see if they are scared enough!

Finding the right present for my boyfriend’s birthday was not so easy for me. It took 1 week to finally decide what I could give him on his special day. My boyfriend is not too fussy when it comes to buying his personal things. I remember when we were together I’m the one that picked his clothes and other stuff when we go shopping. Of course on his birthday I want to give him something special, durable, stylist and elegant but less expensive. Since we are thousand miles away, the only way I could do is to buy online. I got an account on Ebay.com ages ago, unfortunately when I tried to bid some stuff I was not able to make it. I found out that I have 2 negative feedbacks.. I was very disappointed bcoz they won’t let me bid or buy the item! When I checked my account there was 2 bids I won that I did not purchased. It wasn’t me who bid, it was my girl friend.. Grrrr! But of course I’m accountable for it coz that account is mine. Waaaaaaah!
