If you spend your day planted in a chair, you could increase your risk of deep vein thrombosis ( DVT ) - a condition that causes swelling, pain and potentially fatal blood vessel damage. More often seen in a passengers on long-distance plane flights, DVT can also occur in office workers who sit for at least 3 hours without getting up. Inactivity slow slows circulation, which can lead to a blood clot, typically in the lower leg or thigh.

Fend it off, take a walk every hour or so (set reminder in your electronic calendar if you need a nudge).

I’ve been lazy for a couple of days… I rarely go out and preferred to stay in my room. I eat my breakfast, lunch and dinner here and not cleaning up my mess. I finally got a chance to clean my bedroom the other day.. It’s been awhile since I had it cleaned. LOL! No wonder these red ants are crawling around my PC table… while cleaning up, I found out that they were building their nest at the corner. So I sweep them and I tried using this Miraculous Insecticide Chalk to get rid of the pest.. It’s really amazing coz after putting that insecticide, WOW! they were all gone now.
